Growatt Hybrid Inverter and battery in location at a customer’s house

Scope

We were asked to assist to install a solar PV installation with battery storage at a bungalow for a retired couple in Bexhill-on-Sea.

The roof was almost an ideal South facing which allows for the suns power to be enhanced all the time its shinning.

The installation consisted of 10no. 425w Trina Vertex S solar panels mounted on the roof of the bungalow.

The Growatt SPH3600 Hybrid inverter was mounted on the wall of the garage, with 1no. 6.5kWh lithium battery adjacent. The battery, panels and inverter all sized to customers usage and requirements.

Following completion of this job, we had enquiries from other neighbours who went on to have solar installations installed by us.

The job involved replacing an ancient outdoor fuse board and replacing a new board in a kitchen cupboard. The electrician arrived promptly and worked throughout the day.
