We install high-voltage and low-voltage power cables for a wide range of applications including 11kV, 33kV and 132kV distribution networks, as well as LV supplies for commercial and industrial developments. Our installation teams are experienced in handling single-core and three-core cables, XLPE and PILC technologies, direct burial and ducted installations. Every cable is laid to manufacturer specifications with proper bending radii, support and protection to ensure operational reliability and longevity.
Precision jointing and termination are critical to cable network performance. Delta HV employs specialist jointers trained and certified to work on HV cable systems up to 33kV and above. We install straight joints, transition joints and cable terminations using heat-shrink, cold-shrink and resin technologies from leading manufacturers. All jointing work is performed in controlled conditions with rigorous quality assurance, backed by comprehensive testing and documentation to meet network operator and IEC standards.
All cable installations undergo rigorous testing and commissioning to verify electrical integrity and compliance with design specifications. Delta HV performs insulation resistance testing, high-voltage withstand testing (AC and DC), sheath integrity testing and partial discharge assessment as required by BS 7671, IEC standards and DNO connection agreements.
