Delta HV specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke relay panels, protection panels and control switchgear for high-voltage and medium-voltage applications. Every panel we produce is engineered to precise specifications, ensuring reliable operation in mission-critical environments including substations, data centres, renewable energy installations and industrial facilities across the UK.

No two projects are identical, and our relay panels reflect that. We work closely with consulting engineers, contractors and end clients to develop fully customised solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. From single-phase protection relays to complex multi-feeder panels with integrated metering, communications and remote monitoring, we design panels that meet your exact technical and operational requirements.

All relay panels are manufactured in-house at our UK facility to BS EN 61439 and IEC standards. We use premium components from industry-leading suppliers, ensuring long-term reliability and compliance with the latest regulations. Our skilled engineers follow rigorous quality control processes at every stage, from initial wiring and assembly through to final inspection and type testing where required.

Every panel undergoes comprehensive factory acceptance testing (FAT) before dispatch, including insulation resistance, continuity, functional testing of protection relays and simulation of operating conditions. Our team then provides full site commissioning services, ensuring your panels are correctly integrated, tested and operational. We deliver complete documentation including test certificates, relay settings and as-built drawings.

We integrate the latest digital protection relays and control systems, including Schneider Electric, Siemens, ABB and SEL devices. Our panels can incorporate overcurrent protection, earth fault protection, differential protection, busbar protection, auto-changeover systems and synchronising equipment. SCADA integration, Modbus and IEC 61850 communications are standard where required, providing full remote monitoring and control capability.

All panels are designed with safety as the priority, incorporating appropriate interlocking, earthing, labelling and arc fault mitigation where specified. We provide ongoing technical support, spare parts supply and panel refurbishment services to extend the life of your assets. Our experienced team can also upgrade legacy panels with modern protection relays and communication systems, improving performance without the need for full replacement.
