Environmental Policy Statement

Delta HV Limited is committed to preventing pollution and minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.

The key points of its strategy to achieve this are:

• Minimise waste by design.
• Ensure a Site Waste Management Plan is in place for all applicable projects.
• Ensure construction waste is minimised as much as possible.
• Segregate construction waste appropriately.
• Promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.
• Each of us will spot, report and deal with hazards to help prevent harm to the environment.
• Meet or exceed all the environmental legislation that relates to the Company.
• Continually improve our processes by auditing our activities, finding areas where we can do better and acting on these opportunities.

It is Delta HV’s view that the scientific evidence presented to date justifies action to mitigate climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Accordingly, we will work with our customers to help them improve energy efficiency, and we will work with our key suppliers and contractors to ensure that they pursue responsible environmental practices and apply standards that are commensurate with our own high standards.
